Deposit Policy

Beginning October 27, 2025, a deposit equal to the first night’s room rate (including taxes and fees) will be required at the time of booking.

Advance purchase rate plans require full pre-payment at time of booking and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please note the following policies based on your arrival date:

• June - October: For reservations canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded. Deposits will be forfeited if your reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival.
• November - May: For reservations canceled at least 48 hours prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded. Deposits will be forfeited if your reservation is canceled within 48 hours of arrival.

• Check-in: 4pm
• Check-out: 11am

We’ll be ready to welcome you when you arrive!

Complimentary Parking

Overnight guests can enjoy free parking on-site. 

Smoke-Free Rooms

We’re proud to offer smoke-free rooms. Please help us keep them that way! If smoking occurs in a room, a $250 deep-cleaning fee will be applied.

Children

We love welcoming families! Children 13 and under stay free in their parents’ room. 

Pets

Although we can’t accommodate pets, service animals are always welcome. We’re happy to assist you with nearby boarding options.

Accessibility

We strive to make Perry Hotel comfortable for everyone. We offer two wheelchair accessible rooms with roll in showers and our common areas are fully wheelchair accessible.

Breakfast

Breakfast is available in the H.O. Rose Dining Room each morning. We want to offer as much flexibility as possible to guests when booking a reservation at Perry Hotel. Beginning March 17, 2025, guests can book a room with or without breakfast. If you’d like to add breakfast after booking, simply give us a call, and we’ll be happy to assist. You’re also welcome to dine with us and pay at the restaurant. For those not staying at the hotel, our dining room is open to the public seven days a week.
