What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

Deposit Policy
A deposit in the amount of the first night's room rate is required at the time of reservation. Rate plans that are prepaid rate plans are non-refundable regardless of the time of cancellation.

Reservations arriving June – October
Deposits will be forfeited on reservations canceled within 7 days of your arrival date.

Reservations arriving Nov – May
Deposits will be forfeited on reservations canceled within 48 hours of your arrival date.

Hotel Perry is a smoke/vape-free property.

Parking, Transportation, and Locations parking available at the hotel?

Yes. Complimentary on-site self-parking is included with your stay, on a first-come basis. Additional parking is readily available around the property.

Can I park an RV, boat, or trailer?

No. Please contact the front desk for additional options for parking.

How close is the hotel to downtown Petoskey?

The Perry is located in the heart of downtown Petoskey, surrounded by Lake Michigan views, local shops, and restaurants. In fact, Hotel Perry is the last remaining hotel directly in the gaslight shopping district.

How far is the hotel from McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital?

We’re a five-minute drive from McLaren Northern Michigan.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

Pets are not permitted. The property accommodates service animals in accordance with state and national laws.

Are your rooms accessible for guests with mobility needs?

Yes, we have ADA-accessible guest rooms with roll-in showers and elevators serving guest floors.

Is someone available at the front desk 24 hours a day?

Yes, our front desk team is available 24/7 to assist with directions, amenities, or special requests.

Can I have breakfast even if I’m not staying at the hotel?

Absolutely — The H.O. Rose Dining Room is open to both hotel guests and the public.

Breakfast is available daily on the property and can be added to your stay.  Reservations not required.

We offer two restaurants: The H.O. Rose Dining Room for relaxed elegance and seasonal menus. The Noggin Room Pub for casual dining, local beer, and live music on select evenings.

Does Hotel Perry offer outdoor dining?

Yes, we do. The Perry Porch offers lunch May – October. The Noggin Room Pub has a patio that offers outdoor dining too.

Yes. We have pack and plays on site and are available upon request.

Does Hotel Perry provide audiovisual equipment?

Yes, audiovisual equipment is available.  We partner with OAV for all audiovisual requests.  We provide screens, projectors, microphones, sound systems, and other presentation tools.

Is there an on‑site event coordinator?

Yes, an onsite event coordinator is included. They assist with planning, timelines, logistics, and dayof event support.

What catering options are available for meetings and events?

We offer full in‑house catering for events. Options include breakfast, lunch, dinner, receptions, and breaks.
